You can't get back down to Anub'arak
after a soft reset.. basically you kill it or bust after you've
spawned the Lich King. Was doing Hard Mode 10 man late last night
and called it after a bit of work on Anub'arak thinking we could
come back to him.. appears we were wrong!
WTB a Fix =/

We're working on a hotfix for the
issue of where Barrett isn't there to rebreak the floor for you. No
ETA at this time, but I'm checking it out.

Some further notes about
this...
- The problem specifically occurs if you soft reset AFTER you've
engaged and let Anub'arak reset. So if it's getting late, you might
want to not engage Anub'arak until you have a larger block of
time.
- You can start The Trial of the Grand Crusader if the person to
talk to Barrett has either the 10 player or 25 player version of
the Call of the Crusade achievement. This does mean you can start
the 25 player Heroic if you've just finished the 10 player
version.

Update for you all...
A hotfix has been deployed that will prevent the instance from
entering a bugged state where Barrett does not spawn after a soft
reset. If you haven't gotten to Anub'arak yet, you'll be fine
now.
For those of you already afflicted with this bug in your saved
raid, I'm still working on a method to correct the issue via hotfix
for everyone so afflicted.
In the meantime, our customer service staff has been informed how
they can resolve the bug for a raid with a bugged instance.

Ok, we just deployed a hotfix that
will repair all broken saved raids of the Crusader's Coliseum that
did not have Barrett Ramsey properly spawn. Without Barrett Ramsey,
raids are unable to start the event that grants access to the final
boss. You will have to soft reset the instance again if you already
have your broken instance open, but Barrett should be back after
that.
