Patch 3.2.2a

it needs to be fixed because its
unfair and more importantly, ruins the experience for
everyone involved. ive been playing wow for 4years and never have i
seen such indifference to what is obviously a major design flaw.
very poor customer service like this is what makes people leave wow
forever. its not the issue, its the lack of effort to correct
it

I know a lot of players already spread the word as I keep replying
to these threads, but there are in-game mechanics to allow the
"insta-tanks" scenario. That said, I recommend checking out
the RPGs, use those things properly and you can wreck some
vehicles.

Q u o t e:
How about you fix the fact that you can fly near the outer wall
cannons un detected before a game and destroy the guns and keep
destroying all the guns on that side of the wall than tell your
team to stack there and you can't defend it.
Fix that blizzard.
You CAN defend it though if people put effort into it. I'm not
going to give any real strategy but simply list some options for
defense. The RP-GGs are one option, send people out there to soften
up the vehicles, once you get some kills you can use the vehicle
factories in the fortress to have mobile defenses. I have played on
both sides of Wintergrasp and while I have lost a fair amount, I
can definitely tell the difference in the way the game was played
when on the losing end versus the side that defends and attacks
well.

Q u o t e:
Also known as the "Stop defending WG and just let the other side
have it" feature.
This whole issue tends to come up because one side continues to
defend well while the other is really bad at it.
Q u o t e:
Regardless if a side can compellingly push back against the
favor, the favor exists. I can only think of one word regardless if
you win or lose due to Blizzard slipping in aces into a player's
hand... "lame"
I hope in the future you do not design areas that include this type
of foul flavored achievement.
Yes, the favor is intended to try and balance things out from the
one side that continues to lose at Wintergrasp. Design decisions in
these areas can be tough to make but we feel they need to happen as
we feel it would be worse if one faction never had access to VoA
for an entire week.
