The following list of expectations are what we expect from every single raider. All of these expectations apply equally to applicants and members unless specifically stated:
- You should be able to maintain near perfect (if not perfect) raid attendance, especially during your application process. This also applies to those who have already been promoted to member/raider status.
- You are expected to listen attentively when assignments are given out for each encounter. You should never need to be told what to do more than once, and if you do, you’re wasting our time.
- You are expected to perform your absolute best at all times. You should be giving us a run for our money, showing us how much you want to be here, and what you bring to the table. We will be watching.
- You should not be making mistakes during boss encounters, and you should definitely not be making them repeatedly. If you are making mistakes, that is a big problem. You should not be taking your personal mistakes lightly, because we certainly will not be.
We are… a high-end raiding guild on Sen’jin. We expect applicants as well as members to always come prepared with consumables, repair money, a good attitude, and a very high raid attendance. You will have to perform, accept criticism, and show initiative in improving on any of your weaknesses—whether it be DPS, healing output, or a particular encounter.
We’re a pretty cool, laid back group. Some people are intimidated by progression focused guilds because they think they won’t be able to keep up. Please don’t be. We can tell if someone is skilled at their class regardless of their gear level. We can and will give you gear if you need it. We can’t give people skill. We are looking for recruits that share our excitement for raiding and progression.
