The ravasaur trainer Mor'vek has returned to Un'Goro and will offer to help Horde players raise and train a Venomhide Ravasaur as a mount... if they can survive the creature's deadly poison.
The Ravasaur mount is the horde counterpart of the Winterspring Sabers that have been available for alliance players for a long time. In patch 3.2 horde players can head to Un'goro Crater where Mor'vek awaits them.

Quests

Toxic Tolerance
Get splashed by the Venomhide Poison 20 times |
| |
In this quest players must build an immunity to the Venomhide Ravasaur's deadly poisons by getting splashed by them a lot. At level 80 this can be quite tricky as the level 50 mobs have very low hit chance against someone 30 levels higher than them. Unequipping all items and carefully hitting them with bare hand can do the trick. The smallest you can make your hits, the better. Grouping by others doing this quest can also speed up the process as credit for the splashes is shared in the group even if the players are fighting different mobs. |

Venomhide Eggs
Collect 4 Venomhide Eggs |
| |
As the Venomhide Ravasaurs need training from the moment they hatched, you need to find unhatched eggs. They are scattered throughout the south-eastern part of the zone. Very easy to find 4. The map on the right side shows the area where they are located. |
 |
They Grow Up So Fast
Obtain 20 Venomhide Baby Teeth, 20 Rugged Leather, 20 Runecloth and 80g. |
| |
You need to train the freshly hatched ravasaur, feed it, take care of it. At the time same time you need to obtain materials to craft a saddle for when the mount is ready. As the hatchling grows, its baby teeth will be replaced by adult teeth. If you collect them, you can tell when it's grown up to be used as mounts. Baby teeth are obtained from these daily quests:
Daily quests
You get 1 of the following quests every day from the hatchling after you summoned it from your inventory. The hatchling can only be summoned in Silithus, Un'goro and Tanaris, so when doing the daily on subsequent days, it is recommended to take the Caverns of Time portal in Dalaran, as that is the fastest way to the area. Cool thing to note is that you can see the hatchling grow, as it will use an adult raptor model (though undersized) after a few days of taking care of it.

Hungry, Hungry Hatchling
Feed your hatchling with 15 fresh meat from Un'goro dinosaurs |
| |
Diemetradons, stegodons, and pterrordaxes all over the zone have a 100% chance to drop the questitem. Get 15 then feed them to the hatchling. The place with the most dinos close to each other are below the river, in the southwestern corner of Un'goro. |
 |
Gorishi Grub
Feed your hatchling with 10 grubs from Un'goro silithids |
| |
Head to the southern silithid colony in Un'goro and gather meat from them, then feed them to your hatchling. Meat drops at 100% chance. |
 |
Poached, Scramled, Or Raw?
Feed your hatchling with 12 silithid eggs from Tanaris |
| |
North of the entrance to Un'goro from Tanaris, on the western border of Tanaris, you can find a large silithid area. Gather 12 eggs here and feed them to your hatchling. Eggs are usually found inside the little craters, around the edge of the craters, and all along the edge of the silithid area behind rocks. |
 |
Searing Roc Feathers
Gather 5 featers in Tanaris |
| |
Very close to the entrance to Un'goro from Tanaris, you can find the birds that drop the feathers with ~50% chance. They can be found around those huge bones that stick out of the sand. |
Each of these quests reward you with 1 Venomhide Baby Teeth, so after 20 days you have enough to finish the last quest.
Rewards: Whistle of the Venomhide Ravasaur |
