Razorscale

You start the event by speaking to an Expedition Commander. This encounter has two phases: Air and Ground. While she is in the air, the dwarf NPCs will start repairing several turrets in the area, once they are repaired, they will chain Razorscale to the ground and stunning her, allowing the raid and especially melee to DPS the boss. When Razorscale's hp reaches 50%,  she will land and enter her ground phase.

Abilities

Air Phase

	Devouring Flames Spits a Lava Bomb at an enemy, inflicting 7863 to 9137 Fire damage.
	Fireball Inflicts 12025 to 13975 Fire damage to an enemy.

Ground Phase

	Devouring Flames Spits a Lava Bomb at an enemy, inflicting 8788 to 10212 Fire damage.
	Flame Buffet Increases the Fire damage an enemy takes by 1500 for 1 min. It stacks up to 99 times, but can be dispelled
	Flame Breath Inflicts 17,500 to 22,500 Fire damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster. Damage increased by Flame Buffet.
	Wing Buffet Knocks back enemies in a radius around the caster.
	Fuse Armor Reduces the armor, attack and movement speed of an enemy by 20% for 20 sec.
	Berserk You have 10 minutes to defeat her before she goes Berserk, increasing all damage done by 900%.

Razorscale is an Ironbound Protodrake located inside Ulduar.  After defeating Flame Leviathan, she will be located on the right hand side (left being Ignis) and does not aggro until speaking to Expedition Commander.

Phase 1 (air):

Have your raid spread out in the circular area below Razorscale before engaging her (does not aggro until you talk to Expedition Commander), and make sure every raid member is in range of being healed.  Spreading out helps negate the amount of damage done by chain lightning, as well as reduces the potential Devouring Flame damage.  Throughout this phase Razorscale will cast Fireball on a random raid member, and must be topped of immediately as it generally hits for over 9000.  There will also be three types of adds that spawn:

Dark Rune Guardian:
Melee swing: 7,000 - 8,000 physical damage
Stormstrike: Instantly attacks with both weapons for 10,000 damage.  Applies a magic debuff on the target increasing nature damage by 20% for 12 seconds (dispellable).

Dark Rune Sentinel:
Whirlwind: 30,000-40,000 physical on cloth.

Dark Rune Watcher:
Melee Swing: 10,000 physical.
Lightning Bolt: single target nature damage, deals 8,000-12,000.
Chain Lightning: Deals damage to up to 5 targets, each successive hit increases damage. Deals about 11,000 nature damage (interrupt-able)

Each mob can be crowd-controlled, but it is generally best to simply ensure melee are out of range of Sentinels (whirlwind) and AoE the adds down while your tanks keep them grouped up.  As the encounter progresses, the four harpoon launchers will be getting repaired.  Once a harpoon launcher is repaired, a raid member is able to launch a harpoon at Razorscale while she is in the air. 

After all four harpoon launchers have been repaired and used, Razorscale will land on the ground and face north.  When she is on the ground, the only damage being taken should be from any remaining adds.  If there are no adds up, and healer mana is fine it is generally a good idea for them to help DPS her during this stage of the encounter to reduce the amount of time spent in Phase 1.

Razorscale will be grounded for 30 seconds, afterwards she will breath in front of her so ensure your raid is behind her at all times.  When 30 seconds have passed Razorscale will fly back into the air and your raid must repeat the Phase 1 process and harpoon her to the ground once more.  At 50% she will remain grounded for the remainder of the encounter.

Phase 2 (Ground):

When Razorscale reaches 50% she will stay on the ground and will have to be tanked facing away from the raid to avoid her breathing on the raid.  During Phase 2, she will place Fuse Armor on the tank.  A stacking debuff that reduces armor, attack, and movement speed by 20% per stack.  When this reaches 2-3 stacks you'll want to have an off-tank taunt off until the main tanks stack wear off.  The tank will also have to move her around on the ground, as she will be using Devouring Flame where the tank is standing.

Simply continue facing her away from the raid, move out of Devouring Flame, and taunt off when the tank has 2-3 stacks of Fade Armor during this Phase and collect your loot..

Tip - Sort multiple columns simultaneously by holding down the shift key and clicking a second, third or even fourth column header!
